Andover City, Anoka County, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Andover City had an official population of 26588 in 2000. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 30442, making it Minnesota's 32nd largest. The city spans an area of 34.98 square miles (90.6 sq km), of which, 34.11 square miles (88.34 sq km) of it is land and 0.87 square miles (2.25 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 31st largest by total area among Minnesota.

As of the census of 2000, there were 26588 people in the city, organized into 8107 households, and 7151 families living in the city.
