Altus City is a one of the Franklin County, Arkansas, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 817 inhabitants. It has total area of 1.83 sq mi (4.74 kmē), it is the 266th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
