Altura City is a city in the Winona County, Minnesota, United States. Altura City had an official population of 417 in 2000. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 421, It is the 530th largest in terms of population. The city has a total area of 2.97 sq mi (7.69 sq km), making it Minnesota's 234th largest by total area.
