It is the 535th most populous in the U.S. state of California. The census designated place has a total area of 8.39 square miles (21.73 sq km), of which, 8.37 square miles (21.68 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, it is the 384th largest by area in the U.S. state of California.
