Alpena Town is a town in the Boone and Carroll counties, Arkansas, United States. As of 2000 the population was 371. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 390, making it Arkansas's 341st largest. It is spread over 1.36 mi˛ (3.52 square kilometre), it is the 307th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
