Alliance Town is a town located in the Pamlico County, North Carolina, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 781 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 725, It is North Carolina's 436th largest by population . The town has a total area of 2.01 square miles (5.21 kmē), making it the 378th largest by size in North Carolina.
