Allen City is a city located in the Floyd County, Kentucky, United States. In 2000, city's population was 150 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 148 in July 2008, It is the 19th least populous in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The city comprises an area of 0.22 mi˛ (0.57 sq km), it is the 75th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Kentucky.
