Algona City is a city in the King County, Washington, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 2460 as per the Census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 2731, It is the 250th most populous in the U.S. state of Washington. It has total area of 1.35 sq mi (3.5 square kilometre), makes it the 153rd smallest by total area in Washington.
