Alex Town, Grady County, Oklahoma is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 635. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 662, It is the 304th largest by population in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 6.67 square miles (17.28 sq km), giving it the 159th largest by total area among Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 635 residents, 254 households, and 179 families in the town. The population density was 95.2 people per square mile (36.76/kmē), it would be the 135th least densely populated town in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.
