Albion Borough is a borough located in the Erie County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Albion Borough is home to 1607 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1501, It is Pennsylvania's 701st largest by population .
