Alba Borough is a United States borough located in the Bradford County, Pennsylvania, United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 186 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 174, making it Pennsylvania's 91st smallest. The borough comprises an area of 0.68 square miles (1.76 kmē), making it the 459th smallest by size in Pennsylvania.
