Alanson Village is a city in the Emmet County, Michigan, United States. The city has a population of 785 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 783, It is the 148th smallest in terms of population. It has total area of 1.01 sq mi (2.62 sq km), of which, 0.97 square miles (2.51 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, making it Michigan's 140th smallest by total area.
