Alamo Heights City is one of the city of Bexar County, Texas, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 7319. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 7353, It is 254th most populous in Texas. It is spread over 1.85 square miles (4.79 square kilometre), it is the 912th largest in terms of geographical size.
