Ajo Cdp, Arizona is a census designated place of the Pima County, Arizona, United States. It is home to over 3705 people (2000 census). It is the 95th most populous in the U.S. state of Arizona. Its area is just over 28.07 square miles (72.7 square kilometre), makes it the 56th largest by total area in Arizona.
