Afton Town is a town located in the Lincoln County, Wyoming, United States. It is home to over 1818 people (2000 census). The July 2008 population estimate is 1864, It is Wyoming's 33rd largest by population . According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 3.43 sq mi (8.88 sq km), it is the 83rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Wyoming.
