Adrian City, Johnson and Emanuel counties, Georgia is a city located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 579 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 566, It is the 184th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Georgia. Its area is just over 1.43 square miles (3.7 sq km), of which, 1.38 square miles (3.57 sq km) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 157th smallest by total area among Georgia.

As of the census of 2000, there were 579 people, 230 households, and 163 families living in the city. The population density was 419.3 people per square mile (161.89/kmē), it would be the 365th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Georgia.
