Adona Town is a town located in the Perry County, Arkansas, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 187 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 187, making it Arkansas's 90th smallest. The town encompasses an area of 0.94 mi˛ (2.43 square kilometre), it is the 146th smallest in terms of geographical size.
