Adamsville Town is a United States town located in the Hardin and McNairy counties, Tennessee, United States. In 2000, the population was 1983. Its population was estimated at 2122 in July 2008, It is 186th most populous in Tennessee. Its area is just over 6.95 miē (18 kmē), of which, 6.9 square miles (17.87 kmē) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 kmē) of it is water, it is the 128th largest in terms of geographical size.
