Accident Town is a United States town located in the Garrett County, Maryland, United States. In 2000, town's population was 353 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 330, It is the 34th least populous in the U.S. state of Maryland. The town has a total area of 0.5 miē (1.29 kmē), making it Maryland's 60th smallest by total area.
